Rubber extrusions are parts that are run through an extruder or extrusion machine and forced through a die to manufacture the necessary cross section (or extruded rubber shape), such as squares, cord shapes, and hollow sections for added compression for sealing.

Application:

Advantage:
Excellent weather resistance to polar fluids such as acetone, methanol etc., outstanding electrical insulation properties, low steam permeability, goood thermal resistance, extremely loe brittleness temperature.
Disadvantages:
Low resistance to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons(mineral oil, petrol, fuels); flammable.
