Silicone Extrusion

Extrusions are our speciality we make the most complex of extrusions in a variety of different sizes and grades

Our Dies are made using the latest CAD, CAM, Technology allowing us to meet the most exacting of tolerances.

We cater for Large and small production runs and can Join and Fabricate most Extrusions into Rings and Frame Gaskets, (Joining).

We are also specialists in highly detailed profiles both small and large.

Some typical uses for our extrusions are High temp Oven door seals, Tubing for Automatic Drinks Dispensers, and various Seals Tubes and Gaskets where High Temperatures are involved
　

Silicone Rubber Tubing:

The Silicone Tubing ranges are suitable for many applications, where clear, high quality silicone tubing is required.
　

Both peroxide-cured and platinum-cured tubing available - medical grade and food grade, according to requirement.

Tubing can be clear, completely colored, or with a colored and/or radiopaque stripe. Both nominal and close tolerances available; precision-cut segments can also be supplied.
