Rubber Extrusions

The manufacturing facility is equipped to manufacture solid rubber profiles, sponge rubber profiles, co-extruded profiles, flocked profiles, profiles with metal inserts and vast range of other products. These profiles are manufactured in basic compounds consisting of EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, silicon, viton, SBR, Natual rubber and various other basic raw materials. EPDM is vastly used in automotive sealing profiles as it is ozone-resistant, cold-resistant, heat-resistant, flex-crack resistant and has excellent appearance.For our stocked drawings,please contact sales@seashorerubber.com  .
 
 
Co-extruded rubber profiles
 
Epdm solid rubber and sponge rubber co-extruded.
Flexible steel spine inserted.
Use:universal truck weatherstrip,container weatherstrip,boat hatch seal,automotive weatherstrip,door seal etc.
Application: avoid dust, water & air to leak inside the cabin. The same sealing system is also used in Deck lid sealing, bonnet sealing and similar other applications.
