In the productions,if the rubber compound mixed by too much sulphur, soot and little rubber,the sheet would be getting more stiff and not so elastic.Sometime there are some bubbles in the surface of sheet or insert in the middle of sheet.How can we slove those problems?

 

Our factory purchase a machine which can drive away the bubbles in the vulcanization with huge press.In additional,reducing the percentage of sulphur,soot and reclaimed rubber in the compound,prolonging the times of vulcanization are important for the elasticity of rubber sheet.
